Having hosted the GB Olympic trials last week, Glasgow will play host to the GB Paralympic trials this week at the British International Para-Swimming Championships.

16 swimmers from Wales will make the journey to Scotland to take part in the 5 day event being held at Tollcross International Swimming Centre.

Bidding for selection for their place at Rio 2016 will be Swansea Aquatics trio Jack Thomas, Chloe Davies and Aaron Moores. Chloe and Aaron will be looking to qualify for their 2nd successive Paralympic Games selection, having both competed at London in 2012. Jack will be looking to make his first Paralympic Games, having qualified for the last 2 World Championships teams.

As well as those going for selection, swimmers will also be looking to use this meet as a chance to make World Class programme times for next season.
