Swansea Performance Centre swimmer Aaron Moores has been selected as part of the ParalympicsGB swimming team that will be competing in Rio at the Paralympic Games. Moores made the qualification standard for Rio by breaking the World record in the S14 100m Breaststroke twice at the British International Para-Swimming Championships held in Glasgow at the end of April.

Huw Griffiths, National Para-Swimming Manager said "We are all extremely proud of Aaron's achievement and are looking forward to seeing him perform at the Paralympic Games. To break the World Record twice at trials was a sensational performance".

Aaron, who won Silver in the 100m Backstroke at London 2012,currently trains with Stuart McNarry and Adam Baker at the Swim Wales National Performance Centre.
